Return and Refunds

  • We strive to satisfy every single one of our customers, human or not. However, we are human and mistakes do occur and mistakes do happen. 

  • Please contact us as soon as possible in writing (email). We will do what we can to correct our mistake and we apologize in advance for our mistake and inconvenience. We will take care of any of our mistakes at no cost to you. 

  • If you simply changed your mind, we will take back all products. Please notify us FIRST via email and we will provide you with a RRN (Return Reference Number). Returns without RRN will not be refunded. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping and the refund will exclude original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. 

RETURNS MUST BE IN UNUSED, UNWASHED CONDITION AND BE FREE OF HAIR, HAY, PERFUME OR ANY EVIDENCE OF USE
