Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
- We strive to satisfy every single one of our customers, human or not. However, we are human and mistakes do occur and mistakes do happen.
- We accept cancellations for 24 hours after placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellation will be subjected to a 20% restock fee.
- Please contact us as soon as possible in writing (email) should there be any issue with your products. We will do what we can to correct our mistake and we apologize in advance for our mistake and inconvenience. We will take care of any of our mistakes at no cost to you.
- If you simply changed your mind, we will take back all products. Please notify us FIRST via email and we will provide you with a RRN (Return Reference Number). Returns without RRN will not be refunded. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping and the refund will exclude original shipping cost and a 30% restocking fee.
- Exchanges will be subjected to the same 30% restocking fees. You will be sent an invoice for 30% of the original amount and your exchange order will be put into production when the invoice is paid full.
